Is there a lift?
The buildings have no lift: San Zanobi and Ponte Mosse are on the third floor, Guelfa from the first to the third (the floor depends on availability).
Can I leave my luggage before check-in?
There is no luggage storage. The day before, contact customer support on +39 338 387 0228: they will tell you whether your luggage can be left in the booked apartment, subject to availability.
