Privacy and cookies
Here we explain in plain words which data this website processes, why, and what your rights are.
Who is the data controller

Which data we process and why
Contacts. If you write or call us, we use the data you give us (for example name, email, phone) only to answer your request.
Bookings. The “Book” button takes you to the booking system of an external provider (secure.e-signs.net). The data you enter there is processed under its terms and privacy notice; this website does not receive it.
Browsing data. The website is hosted by Vercel Inc.: its servers record technical data (IP address, date and time, requested page) needed for the service to work and stay secure.
Cookies
This website does not use profiling cookies, nor analytics or advertising tools. Fonts, images and scripts are hosted on the site itself. For this reason a cookie banner is not needed.
If in the future we activate services that use cookies (for example analytics or a virtual assistant), we will update this page and ask for your consent where required.
Third-party services
Map on the home page. It shows satellite imagery from Esri and OpenStreetMap data: when the map loads, your browser contacts their servers and may share your IP address.
Google map on the apartment pages. It loads only if you press “Show the map”. In that case Google may set cookies and process your data under its own policy (policies.google.com/privacy). The “Open directions” link opens Google Maps in a new tab.
How long we keep data
Contact data is kept for as long as needed to handle your request and, where necessary, for the periods required by law.
Your rights
You can ask us to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict its processing, object to it or receive it in a readable format. Write to info@maxapartmentsflorence.com.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, www.garanteprivacy.it).
